Synopsis
The Puppies live in Soffio, better known as the Land of Wind: a small town where everything runs on wind power. The evil Crow Witch wants to take possession of the “Whirling Windmill” that generates the wind, thus taking control of the town. Will her infernal machines be enough to defeat the Puppies?
